You may request information about scheduling an initial appointment and may make a follow-up appointment by emailing CAB@CABerea.com or by leaving a message at 859-986-0098.

For preliminary inquiries about acupuncture, please leave a message with your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address if you have one. 

We encourage you to review the information on this website prior to scheduling an appointment. In particular, please read carefully the specific information on preparing for an initial evaluation. We will be glad to provide a printed version on request.

If you are unable to keep any appointment you have made, please email or call at least 24 hours in advance so that your appointment time can be offered to someone on the waiting list. If no notice is given, full payment for missed appointments is expected.
